You can order the phone and ask sky if they will put the new deal on your old sim or you will end up with two plans. If you are happy to get a new number then place the order and cancel your old one.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If I have paid off your phone in full then you can not upgrade it because at this point the phone belongs to you so you can only upgrade while you are still paying for it. You can order yourself a new phone if you want.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
