iMessage & FaceTime not activating

Hi. I've just joined sky & had my number ported over. My iMessage & FaceTime won't activate. It's either saying waiting activation or activation failed. Ive read & have tried all the suggested fixes, like turning them off then turning phone off, signing out of my Apple ID then back in again, but nothing has worked. I'm now really out of ideas! HELP!!

I've got exactly the same problem and have done everything advised by both sky and Apple, even doing a full reset of the phone and waiting 24 hours. Have gone through all this on the phone with sky as well and it's still not fixed. Any solutions?!

Hiya @63johnw Yes I've tried everything on the Apple support, but it's still either saying waiting activation or activation failed. I've run out of options to fix it.

Mine appears to be fixed now- I took the sim in and out a couple of times (left it out a few minutes). At first it seemed like it was still waiting to activate and then all of a sudden it activated
