When I got out I expect my iPhone to automatically switch from WI-FI to 4G. It never does. I have to power the phone down & restart. This is then okay on 4G but it doesn't last long. I have to repeatedly power down & restart to get a signal! The phone shows 4G symbol, just not getting the signal! Also is anyone else having zero luck looking at updating, swapping, managing their account on the Sky.com website? I always get a Technicsl Difficulties window! Am seriously thinking of leaving Sky because of the above.

Hi @PeteKWYorks have a look here for help with your signal/data issues, will lead to a way of contacting sky if it doesn't help. With regards your account issues give sky a call on 150, ignore the messages and don't hang up and eventually you will get to speak to someone.

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/poor-or-no-service-sky-mobile#mobile-help-page-technical-contact-us

Sorry, not worked. The problem is the network keeps being dropped by the phone. In order to get it back I have to power down & restart telling the phone to ignore Wi-Fi.

Might be worth getting Apple to check your phone out (customers tend to get better outcomes going direct to Apple in my experience) @PeteKWYorks

https://support.apple.com/en-gb/iphone/repair/service
