Can anyone explain why this would happen I can't contact sky or dpd presumably because of Corona virus

@Jascar You will need to call Sky, there is nothing stopping you from doing so, you need to remain on the phone past the message.

Tried and failed they aren't answering any calls unless you are in a vulnerable group thanks anyway.

I managed to get through eventually on (was trying to post the free phone number here but not allowed apparently) to be told there is an investigation into fraudulent activity on the account and they were Holding an investigation wouldn't give me any details or answer any questions refused to transfer me to the fraud department wouldn't give me any way to contact them or let me speak to a manager at a loss on what to do next

@Jascar Like a lot of companies where they suspect fraudulant activity they will not be able to tell anyone what they are investigating as this may well tip off someone, Sky will need to complete their investigations, once completed at that point they may be able to tell you.

I am having the same issue and I'm wondering how long this generally takes to get rectified?

For my order there were two requests to 'Return to consignor', yet the order is still being shipped closer to my address. I'm out of use of a phone at the moment and I'm keeping my fingers crosed that they rectify this as soon as possible.

Any advice? I know it's difficult to get into contact with Sky due to corona virus.

I've verified the payment online with my bank upon order, so I don't see what the issue is. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You will have to call them @Ivan9509 as only Sky can tell you what is happening. Their phones lines are back to normal opening hours of 7am-11pm.

Thank you! I have been in touch with them, and impressed by their friendly attitude! Although they don't know why my order was cancelled at least I now know what's happening with the order.
