Hi

I always have a poor signal on my Galaxy S10+ within my house, although it seems to be ok outside of the house.

Consequently I rely on WiFi calling at home, but since I've been working from home I keep dropping calls on a regular basis because the phone loses WiFi calling function (indicated by a symbol that is a combination of a WiFi symbol, a telephone handset and the number 1 when connected), even though the phone itself is still connected to the WiFi.

I am on sky mobile, using a sky q router and have sky superfast broadband. The calls drop most often when I am working in the dining room using a desktop computer and wireless printer that are also connected to the WiFi.

Is there anything I can do to stop dropping calls? Would a WiFi booster in the dining room help? If so, which would you recommend?

BTW, the dining room is on the ground floor at the front of the house whereas the router is in the living room on the first floor at the back of the house, although I am actually only sat about 20 feet from the router.

Any help would be appreciated.

ps. I've tried running through the suggestions on "fix a problem" page with no luck.
