    <description>&lt;P&gt;The best time to change your billing date is the day after your Sky mobile bill is paid because if you do it and the bill is already pending then as you have discovered the change will not kick in until the following months bill so have you looked to see if this is what has happened:&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I changed my billing day to the 1st of every month last month and it still did not come out on the first and came out on the 22nd and this months has not come out yet and just wondering how it all works and will it start coming out the 1st this month?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
