Bill change.

I changed my billing day to the 1st of every month last month and it still did not come out on the first and came out on the 22nd and this months has not come out yet and just wondering how it all works and will it start coming out the 1st this month?

Hi @Chocolate13 how close to your billing date did you change it ?

"The impact of changing your payment due date depends on how close it is to your next bill.

Choosing to pay later in the month will make your next bill larger, as it will cover a longer period.

If the change is made more than 14 days before the payment due date:

The change will take effect on the next bill.
The next bill amount will be affected.

If the change is made 14 days or less before the payment due date:

The change won't take effect until after the next bill.
A pop-up message will appear to warn the request is within the 14-day window."

The best time to change your billing date is the day after your Sky mobile bill is paid because if you do it and the bill is already pending then as you have discovered the change will not kick in until the following months bill so have you looked to see if this is what has happened:
