Need some clarification pls....Is sim payment normally included with handset?

Hiya

Apologies if this has ever been asked before, i seem to be paying 2 contracts & when i queried this I was told this is how sky mobile works. Let me explain......

I took out a sim only pay monthly contract, the next day i decided to apply for a pay monthly handset, which i got..yay! I explained that i had taken out the sim the day before, would that confuse things or would that be cancelled? As i understand with other networks the sim is included & part of the package, seems a bit odd to me that as a sim came with the phone (reslulting in me having 2 sims in my possession) I'm paying for that on top......if thats how it works, fine i accept it but just asking if anyone can clarify as don't really want to be paying more than I need to obviously!

You need to call and cancel one of them.

You can get through by dialling 150 on your sky mobile for free and speak to cancellation and explain the situation, they will cancel the unneeded sim.

Thank you! I will do that....i did try to explain this to one of your guys as it didn't seem right paying for 2 contracts, he said thats how sky works but i will give it another go. 🙂
