Mobile upgrade but out of contract

Hi,

I was on the Swap 24 plan. I am out of contract but also believe I no longer need to return my phone if I want to upgrade due to the 24 months being up yesterday?

If I upgrade, do I just select a new phone or do I need to start a new 24 month agreement? What happens to my existing monthly payments for the montly plan of £6 please?

While you might be on a Swap 24 plan, your credit agreement will be for 36 months, so you either have to keep paying for the phone or give it back if you swap.

Thanks but agreement is definitely finished and device fully paid.

If you have paid up the 36 month contract in full then the phone belongs to you so it can not be returned to Sky so if you want a new phone you would need to select it and if you want to keep on the plan that you are now make sure that when doing this that you select the option to "keep my plan/number" option and that you do not select a new plan.
