If not call Sky via the free 150 number and ask them to cancel the new sim that you have.

You can use your current sim as it should start working when 5G services do become available in your area.

Hi @Pat190 @caesarome Is correct, you don't need a new sim as your old sim is compatible with the new phone and 5G, sky do say not to add 5G to a 4G phone as it affects performance but as yours is a 5G phone then it will be ready for when you are in a 5G area. More information here.

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-mobile-5g

Hi @SteveP143 !if you have ordered a new sim with a new plan then you will now be paying for two plans, you can't switch your old number to the new sim/plan. If you have done this then call sky and ask them to cancel the new sim and put the new plan on your old sim. Call on 150, ignore the messages and don't hang up and eventually you will get to speak to someone.

Hi, just spoke to Sky Mobile, as long as I haven't activated the new sim, which I haven't, then I can effectively ignore the tariff associated with it. I won't be charged.

Thanjs for the help.

I have the same issue. Updated my S9 sim to the same tariff as my S21 as I want to keep my old number.

Now I'm stuck with a sim on my account that says "activate" obviously I don't want to and I just want to pay for one phone and my original sim.
