Phone number for Sky

Is there any way of calling Sky and actually speaking to a human being?

I've been searching the website and can't find a number anywhere.

I am a Sky Mobile customer, and I am shortly moving house and want to get a quote for a Sky TV and Broadband package. I can't even view the deals available on the Sky website because it keeps trying to force me to link my Sky id with my Sky account but refuses to accept the details I enter when trying to do so.

As a Sky Mobile customer the free number to use from your mobile is just 150- and when doing so ignore all and any messages and stay on the line for as long as you can.

I've tried 150 but it just gives me a message about them prioritising people who are vulnerable or have already tried the online help (which I have done...!!!) and then after a minute or so it disconnects automatically.

Hi @Mickeye when calling and you are asked if you are vulnerable don't answer and when asked why you are calling say to speak to a representative, don't hang up.

Spoke with op and advised to order new tv phone and broadband products via sky.com then link the accounts once tv has gone live, any issues to contact new sales and they can set up new tv phone and bb account at new address then change the mobile address.

how do you speak to them if you do not have sky mobile - i have an issue with sky tv?

Hi @Laura+CH try 033 375 921 93 ignore the messages and don't hang up and eventually you will get to speak to someone.
