No signal

Hi,

Ive landed in Somalia a few days ago and ive had no mobile signal at all.

I dont know if this is because of the country i'm in but its been 6 days and still no signal.

I've tried everything thats on the sky tips but nothing seems to work any idea's

Hi @Dalegg try manually selecting another local network. It could just be that sky don't have any agreement with local providers.

Have you had services from Sky whilst there before?

Checking the Sky Talk Tariff guide, we have nothing set up for Somalia at all, so you might not be able to use your Sky Services whilst there.
