I have been trying since yesterday to activate new sim keeps saying page not working its exactly the same today so I have a new phone and can't use it

Hi @melgibson if you call sky they will activate it for you, it's 150 from a sky sim or 033 375 913 13, ignore the messages and don't hang up and eventually you will get to speak to someone.

I am unable to ring is there any other way to do this why have a page that's not working new phone unable to use it no sense

If clearing your browser cache or another browser doesn't work then you will have to call @melgibson

I kept getting this yesterday with my new phone, in the end I just used it anyway and it happened to be working! don't wait for the email I didn't. Have you got a landline you can phone yourself on? Are used my landline and found the mobile and it worked! I had not had an email to say it was activated though!
