Your reply helped me a lot, by doing Sky's job for them and being a 'customer service advisor'! I used to answer phones (to help customers) a thousand times a day while doing my 'proper' job at the same time. I think it's very unhelpful of them to not have a customer service line and having to go through this 150 number (which I suppose is that line really). So many companies hide behind this new way of doing everything on the internet, but I searched the whole Sky site, only to find that there was no help for my mobile problem and had to use that number to talk to someone.
