Thank you 63johnw. Your reply helped me a lot, by doing Sky's job for them and being a 'customer service advisor'! I used to answer phones (to help customers) a thousand times a day while doing my 'proper' job at the same time. I think it's very unhelpful of them to not have a customer service line and having to go through this 150 number (which I suppose is that line really). So many companies hide behind this new way of doing everything on the internet, but I searched the whole Sky site, only to find that there was no help for my mobile problem and had to use that number to talk to someone. The problem hasn't been fixed of course, as they won't admit that they have made a fault!

I've had a fault with the volume on my phone since new, which was just before Lockdown. Being in lockdown has made it almost impossible to get any help by phone, and I don't see a link on here to be able to discuss this issue with anyone . Am I missing something? Has anyone else managed to get technical help or advice via this website? Thanks in advance for any help.

.

Hi @Evie58 this is a customer to customer forum, not sky customer service. You can call sky on 150, ignore the messages and don't hang up and eventually you will get to speak to someone.
