Itemised bill number not showing

When I click on to my itemised billing it states You have no calls for this billing period. Although it shows the amount of calls and text made for that period. I also notice that there is null written by my package name.

please advise what to do to enable me to see calls and texts made on my itemised bill

@Marce73 You'll need to contact Sky and report it. It will need to be fixed.

Call them on 150.
