      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks. It said I was eligible for an upgrade last week and now it's saying I'm not. I've got a year left in October with £300 left to pay.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I thought you were able to upgrade early and just pay the difference&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You would need to call Sky then if it has changed in the last week, 150 is the free number to use from your mobile and when calling stay on the line for as long as you can and ignore all messages that will tell you to go online or even to hangup.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
