How do I claim my free samsung ear buds

I ordered the S21+5G phone with the free samung ear buds and tag on Friday 22nd January 2021.

Please can you tell me how I claim these?

There doesn't seem to be a mention of the ear buds ot tag on any of the emails I have recieved!

I most likely would not have ordered the phone if I am not getting the ear buds and tag like advertised!

I try to register but it asks for retailer and Sky is not listed in the drop down menu?

It sounds like false advertising to me I preorderd and this is wot was sent to me Unfortunately, it doesn't look like you're eligible to take part in this promotion. Check your email for more details.it

I have tried numerous times to claim mine however samsubg keep saying I'm not sending the correct evidence. I'm going to ring them tomorrow.

This should work @hevva1989 as it has for others:

Try uploading a picture of an email about your order and also upload your credit agreement. Put the agreement number in the order number tab without the letters.

What number should I call to get my earbuds?

I've filled out the claim so many times and they say they need more info or its incomplete but I've sent Allllll the info they need over and over and over again.

Hi @Haziefantazie have you read the post above from @caesarome it explains what information has been working for other customers. As this is a Samsung offer you need to contact act them not sky.
