      <description>&lt;P&gt;I currently have a SIM-only contract for Sky mobile, £6 for data and free calls, and I use the SIM in an unlocked Motorola phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I go online and order a new phone with monthly contract, will that replace my existing SIM-only contract? I can't see anything in the ordering process where I say I want the new phone and contract to REPLACE my existing SIM-only contract.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Secondly, is there any reason not to include the free 5G upgrade, even though the area I live in has no 5G?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/16133"&gt;@tarbat&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; as long as the phone is a 5G phone then yes, if it's not a 5G phone then data speeds can be severely impacted.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The new sim plan won't replace your old one and you can't port your number internally on sky. So you should order the new phone using the no plan required option, if there is a specific offer you want then phone sky and ask them if you can have the new plan on your old sim.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I'm currently on the 2gb £6 plan, and have over 60gb in my piggy bank that I was going to use towards a new phone with the 100mb £0 data plan.
