If we are already on a call, anyone trying to contact us normally flashes up on the screen as an incoming call. This worked ok before joining sky mobile. The new caller gets a voice message saying something like the caller cant take your call and leave a message. We have 2 Samsung mobiles and the problem is identical. I have carried out the online instructions of going into apps and phone etc and making sure the notificationsallow, deleted cache memory etc but to no avail. 2 lengthy calls to sky but not resolved . This did not work and it suggests the issue is either sky. Has anyone else had this issue?
