hello, I can't seem to get into my mbe app as it says it's unable to identify this account with the details provided, the details are correct please help me as I need to add my data from my piggy bank

but I tried that, and they text me a link . Then that link took me to the exact same problem. I don't understand why it isn't simple to just ring up when something isn't working! I can't access my account and have no way of doing so. And can't even call them.

any further help would be amazing. Thank you

When phong you need to ignore all message that you will hear including those they ask you to hang up and stay on the line as long as you can. If it asks if you want to hang up say No and stay on the line.
