      <description>&lt;P&gt;How on earth did Sky Mobile attain runner up in the Uswitch 2021 awards for customer service?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's been exactly 10 days now since I attempted to contact Sky by email as a registered Sky Accessibility user. Have I had a reply? No, only an automated one to acknowledge receipt of my communication&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here's part of the statement on the Sky Accessibility landing page&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;"We're committed to ensuring that all our products and services are fully inclusive and easy for everyone to use."&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;What a load of **bleep**. Does the average person communicating with Sky have to wait 10 days for someone to answer their enquiry?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Shame on you Sky, you are not accessible at all, next step Ofcom.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3280625"&gt;@gazdoubleu&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;The average person(your term not mine) has no access to an email address by which to contact Sky, its only those registered with the accessibility team that do, 10 days may be around the right length of time for a reply, I know with some services they state 7 working days(my local council does) for email replies and thats under normal circumstances.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
