    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you so much for responding&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/227"&gt;@caesarome&lt;/a&gt;. I haven't had a text yet no so I will see if it updates overnight and check again in the morning. My number still shows as the new / temporary number in settings. Eventhough it's my old number people are calling me on (new number says it's invalid / no longer in use when people try to call)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks again!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi guys, I recently switched to sky mobile and I had requested a PAC code from Vodafone re carrying my old number across. This was meant to be sorted today (and it looks like it is as people are calling my old number and the new / temporary number with the sky sim is no longer available). However, I'm not receiving any text messages which is really weird and I can't find out why that it. Has anyone had this issue before? Can anyone help me please? I have to request a code every day to be sent to my mobile so I can log in to my works' computer system .. so I'm in trouble for tomorrow morning!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks guys&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you had a text or email from Sky to say the transfer has been completed, if so then check that your phone itself is now displaying the correct number as iphones are known to need to be updated when a transfer like this is done:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Settings - Phone - My Number&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Edit and reboot your phone if you have to change it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
