I've payed my first bill personally and then the direct debit came out. I would like to cancel my personal payment cause the Direct debit came out.

Why did you pay manually if you had a direct debit in place?

Once a bill is produced the DD starts so if you pay manually the direct debit will also come out.

You need to call Sky and ask them to refund the amount your account is in credit for.

Payed it because it never came out on the Direct debit date so I didn't wanna fall behind on payments, can you give me the contact details for it

If i choose to not ask for a refund, the 28 i payed personally will it pay for next month bill instead?

That is correct as the £28 you paid will appear on your account as a credit and will be used to pay your next bill.

Sometimes direct debits don't come out the actual date, this happens if your DD date falls on a Saturday or Sunday as the day it would be taken is the Monday so don't worry if it is a day or two late because as long as you keep the direct debit in place it will be taken so you will have no issues.
