Talking to someone about a mobile issue

When I go through the website contact us section and I select returning a mobile... I'm given a number for the TV side of things and have tried 3 times this morning, I've been disconnected and even got transferred to domestic and general at one point!!! I'm so angry with Sky right now as they have now lost THREE iPhone 12 Pro Max's and I'm still out of pocket. Please can someone help me contact the right area.

Hi @HayDon99 if you have a sky sim it's 150 if you don't try 033 375 913 41 ignore the messages and say "technical" or "cancel" when asked why you are calling and you should get to speak to someone.

Very upset with sky

been your sky customer forever with my internet connection

ordered a sim contract for my mobile

realised my mobile is locked to EE so cancel your sim

you said my £5 would be credited

that was four months ago

£5 taken from my account October 2nd

mobile no I cannot use in this message

Spoken with your switch board twice

they cut me off when they know it's a complaint

i know it's only £5

but it's the principle

please can someone reply
