      <title>No confirmation email for upgrade purchase</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I received email offering deals for upgrade. I chose deal and went through all checks and terms and conditions and then submitted order. I was told I'd receive email of purchase etc. Credit checks completed as part of purchase process. I've received no email of confirmation and nothing to indicate the deal completed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;It can take around 24 hours for things to kick into life so I would cehck again tomorrow via the links myself and&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/134969"&gt;@63johnw&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;have posted an all things being well you should see something about your order but if not you will need to call Sky support.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
