Hi @Colg8666 there have been quite a few scams going round saying your bill hasn't been paid and asking you to click on a link to pay. If this is what your message says then ignore it and don't click on any links. If you are still worried you can call sky in 150, ignore the messages and don't hang up and eventually you will get to speak to someone.

I've had a message to say I havnt paid my mobile bill, but when I have gone into my account it states that the payment was received on the 10th of march and there is nothing left to pay this month. I'm confused and don't know if I still have to pay, as I don't want my phone services to be cut off. Can anyone explain why I'm getting messages to pay when it states I have?

I agree with @63johnw as the chances are the message you received was not from Sky. You can tell if it wasn't if there is a link in it that is wants you to pay this "bill" via as that link wouldn't take you to the Sky website but to a scammers site.
