      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As mentioned, I am a new customer trying to buy a phone on contract via Sky. Last night I started the process but did not sign the agreement as I wanted to sleep on it and see how I felt. Went to log into today to finalise my purchase. Have been met by a "technical difficulties" screen which then takes me to another page where I am asked to give my postcode and Sky account number or 6 digits of bill payer bank account. I have neither of these things as I am a brand new customer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I even made a new account with a different email to try and get around the issue, but it is still coming up. Please tell me I am being silly and actually do have a Sky account number somewhere? Would appreciate any help. Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try logging out, then clearing your browsers cache and cookies then close down the browser before loading it up and trying again. If this doesn't work see if using a different browser works for you. If this doesn't work you will have to contact Sky via the phone for help in accessing your&amp;nbsp;credit agreement.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
