New SIM arrived opened - safe to use?

Hi all,

I'm a new Sky customer and my new SIM arrived in the post opened. I can't reach anyone at Sky to ask - will this be safe to unlock and use in my new phone?

Hi @gh271 Don't worry its absolutely fine to use. I remember when mine came it was open too.

My SIM also arrived opened today. Did you use your opened your opened SIM and has it been ok?

No one can access your sim without it being activated, and only you the account holder would be able to do that unless they had access to your account.
