Hi I order a new ipad last week on the 7th when I check the status of it it's still saying progress. I've signed the credit agreement and it's all been approved..

Hi @Wendymci1965 Was this iPad on back order when you placed the order for it? I know that our new ones, some of them are not in stock at the moment. It might be because of this.

Yeah it says currently in back order but it says 1 to 2 weeks. It's a week today just.

Ah ok @Wendymci1965 So there's still another week then on the back order so I'd be looking around about this time next week to be receiving it.

I wouldn't get your Hope's up, mine was the same, and 2 weeks have already elapsed and no update or availability date, if you was to order one today it staes 6 to 8 weeks.......

Unfortunately, I have managed to speak to them, but due to the current global circumstances they are non the wiser in relation to a possible delivery date. To be fair, it is a bit out of their hands, but still annoying either way.

It means tha the iPad is out of stock but they should e erring stock soon. So just hang tight and you will get it eventually x

i presume we dont get charged until we actually receive the ipad? I am upgrading my old pro for a new one and cant really be paying for both.

I ordered a ipad pro on Saturday 1st August, signed contract and paid upfront cost.when ordering ,it clearly said the ipad i wanted was in stock ,after all that i received a email stating delivery is going to be 2to 3 weeks that's if I'm lucky, why say its in stock if in reality its not in stock, very disappointing just be honest sky.

I ordered apple ipad on 29th November, I've signed and been excepted. Ive not heard anything about this and all the sight says is in progress. Do u have any idea on this order plz

The delay in your order being delivered is due to a lack of stock from Apple and if you look around this forum you will see you are not along in awaiting an iphone or ipad delivery at present.
