Invalid e code

Hi, we recently purchased 4 e codes via an employee discount site. When we then went to redeem these in our sky account to buy movies from sky store, 3 of the codes went throughout but one says code invalid. We contacted the employee benefits and they’ve double checked the code and say that it is correct and the code supplied by sky and advised us to contact sky support. Any able to help?
