Pre order won’t let me watch

Hello I preordered frozen 2 as soon as it was available to. Now on the suppose "day of release" it is unable to watch even though it's on my purchases. Will I have is to buy it again from the sky store ? Very frustrating considering how much money i spend on sky

Sky's release date is not always the same as the general release date. Does it show as released in the sky store.

When looked it still said to be released in March.

I'm also having this problem. Have tried re-starting the Sky box, no luck. Going to try to call Sky, will update with a solution if I get one.

I'm hoping it's just a case of they'll release later on today rather than a delayed date. They open at 9 so maybe films aren't realeased until then?

Not for me, it just says "Purchased". No additional options or messages.

It is showing on the main sky store menu to purchase now so it may just not have downloaded to your boxes yet. If you go to the title through sky store do yet get any different options?

Through sky store it gives me the usual 3 Buy and Keep options. Trying calling help dept , was put through to sky store dept and then got disconnected as it says the dept is closed. Who ~~you gonna~~ should I call?

Pretty sure all departments should be open after 9am so I would advise to call after 9 and go through to tv tech and if needs be they can transfer out if unable to help

If it helps I opened the sky store app on my phone, went to purchased and there was an option to send to Sky q box, did that and it then appeared on box ready to download, along with all bonus bits.

My god, now they've removed the film from the store - technical hitch I assume. Guys, this is really poor for one of the most hyped films of the year!

It's a known issue with frozen 2. I've not been charged so they are cancelling the pre order and have to re-purchase

I pre ordered too, it's not even showing on my TV at all not in my planner or anything.

It gives the option to pay for it again on the sky store but then il be charged twice.???

It says 'pending' when I log into my sky store account online .. What does this mean??

Download the sky store app log in find frozen 2 in my library and click on send to sky box then go to ur purchases and download we've got it on now

Having the same issue, preordered as we're under quarantine and the kids are exited it's supposed to be out today, for ourselves ready and snuggled in only for it not to work or give a time that it's available to watch. Found myself trawling the internet looking to see if I need to cancel and then order again as the phone lines not working for me.
