How do I see if my SKY Q TV and Sky Store accounts are linked

Hi, I have credit on my SKY STORE account and when I look at my future SKY Q TV account I see future billing fro SKY STORE items which I assume will be covered by the credit on my SKY STORE account. How do I know the accounts are linked and that the credit will be used ? Many thanks, Glyn.

if you log in to your Skystore account online and look at "my account" about halfway down there is a link to your Sky ID.

I'm pretty sure though that credit in your Sky Store account doesn't go towards paying for movies you buy on your Q box

Thank you for the quick reply. When I look at My Sky Store Account online I can see movies that I purchased via my Sky Q Box Sky Store from TV. I received SKY Store Vouchers and added these to my Sky Store Account online. I cn see the credit online on my PC. Is there not a way to spend these vouchers/credit via your SKY Q TV Sky Store section ? Thank you for your help, Glyn.

Hi @Glynny+Ed

You can certainly use them online to "buy and keep" a movie on Sky store and then use the "send to box" option. You can't do that for rentals though

Others may know of a way to spend it on your box but the only way I can think of is to ask Sky store if they will apply the credit to your Sky account. No idea if they can do it though

If you have credit via your online Sky Store account then that is where it has to be spent as it can not be used via your Sky Q box. Of course with Buy and Keep this doesn't matter as you can send these to your box after purchasing but not with rented films.
