Frozen 2 Not downloading and DVD not arrived

I downloaded the film and watched it, but the I archived it. Have gone into download again and all the downloads for this appear pending and I can't download . Plus the DVD has not arrived.

if you look in recordings / purchases- is your Frozen 2 there ready to reinstate ?

as for the DVD, Sky said about 3 weeks ago that for logistical reasons they were suspending the posting out of discs temporarily, but that everyone who ordered a disc will receive one as soon as they are able to resume posting

I know that but in the purchases it is stuck on pending and won't let me download on any of my boxes and the DVD should have been sent before lockdown started.

The DVD will be sent but there are delays on this so it might be a while before you get it.

If it says pending against it try archiving it again, if you have no other downloads that also say pending then try again to download it and if this doesn't work try rebooting your Sky box at the mains.

Spoke to Sky Store turns out the download was corrupted needed to "purchase" again and DVD has been reported "lost in post" as was posted out
