Hi I just purchased a film birds of prey from sky store and now when I go to play it which it says it available it comes up with a blue screen and film says playing

I'm saying this from memory then as my box is Sky Q

You have a purchased tab there with the movie showing but not playing. Sounds like the movie may have only partly downloaded

Have you tried going to standby - switching the box off at the mains for a couple of minutes to let the box reset

then power back on and fingers crossed it will

compete the download

If not - will it let you archive the copy you have - then start downloading again
