I have rented a video which is downloaded onto my Q box.

I cannot see it in Sky Go on my Mac

How can I watch it on my Mac

If you rented the film via your Q box then you can only watch it via your Q box so to watch it via your Mac you would need to rent it again (and pay for it again) via the Sky Store website or app on your Mac.

@caesarome is (as always) correct about having to rent it again for your Mac

if it helps you to know, if by any chance you haven't pressed play yet on your box and watched even 1 second

just delete it from your box and you won't be charged for that rental
