Renting trolls world tour

I am messaging due to a rented movie. I paid for the trolls world tour and it said it would be available for a week but deleted after a couple of days. So i paid another £15.99 it said it would be available for a week and deleted after a couple of days again.

When you download a rental from Sky Store you have a week to start watching. Once you start watching, however, if only for a second, it is deleted 48 hours later.

They need to make that more clear as when you download it says it will expire in a weeks time.

Well they actually say "Select to rent. You'll have 7 days to start watching"

which is correct but not the full story
