    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have just noticed that we have been charged for the Trolls movie even though we have never ordered it .&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;we have ordered Frozen 2 ( and watched ) for our four year old girl but the Trolls movie has been charged also .&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Our 4 year old girl does not know our PIN number so can't have been ordered by anyone but myself and the most we have ever done is watch the trailer .&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anybody else had this issue&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can't get in touch at moment as of course Sky are busy with currant issues I understand but really don't want this be taken from account&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
