having downloaded and watched Trolls World Tour, 2 days in it has now vanished and we cannot view

When you started to watch the film from that point you have either 24 or 48 hours to finish watching it or watching it as many times as you want before it is automatically removed as you have found. You will now have to pay and rent it again.

My understanding was that it could be watched as many times as you like in the seven day period?

unfortunately not

Although I think the ordering wording on the screen could be clearer, you have a 7 day window to start watching, but when you start - a 2nd clock

starts ticking (48 hours in this case) during which you have to watch the movie

it's all in the Terms and conditions but several people have made the point it needs to be clearer for people not used to the system

@JamesAW @I feel exactly the same and mentioned this to the Sky value team and the sky store advisor and they were adamant that they could do nothing about it. I expected to have it for seven days and I never saw anything about 48 hours.
I don't normally rent films I tend to buy and keep, but these are extraordinary times and this was a first. Really disappointed innSky that they don't feel in any way responsible for their mis-selling of this film

It's also the price you pay for a rented film, just to have it for a few days after you start watching it. Wasn't clear. At this time when we need to stay at home do you not think it would be good to have a great film a little longer so the kids could have something to watch that they really enjoyed
