I'm trying to rent a "buy and rent" movie but it says my buy and rent limit has been reached???
help!!!

not sure if you mean "Buy and keep" or "rent"

are you trying on your sky box or on a device

If you could say I'll try to come up with a suggestion

Hi I'm sorry I mean "buy and keep". It says "your buy and keep credit limit has been reached". I can't call sky as they are not taking calls. Thanks for any help. My husband is desperate to watch Star Wars 😔

Hi @SARAH+SNOW

I think I have a way round it for you

With this message normal advice is for you to phone Sky Store and get them to look at the limit set on your box account

But as this is buy and keep - the terms and conditions say

Watch your purchases on up to four compatible devices and if you're a Sky subscriber you can send your Buy & Keep purchases to a compatible Sky box."

So you could log on to a device with the same sky store login on to the Sky store app. Add a credit or debit card to your account

then buy it on the device (paying by credit card) and transfer to your Sky box

Should work fine. Hope that helps
