Sky store free Christmas movie

Sky offered me a free Christmas rental from the store. Now when I went to use it. It has disappeared. Anyone know how to get it back.

What is it that has disappeared, is it the film, if it is then after renting it you have 7 days to start watching the film before it is automatically deleted. After that you will have to rent it again.

If this isn't want you mean can you explain a bit more on what the issue is.

Hi thanks for the reply. No the movie hasn't disappeared as I haven't rented one yet. The offer of a free rental has disappeared. It said I had a free rental as a Christmas gift but I can no longer find it.

I'm going to take a guess that the free offer perhaps expired on the 31st December, did you read the terms and conditions when you were sent the offer ?
