@KLouise23 I might be wrong but if the old device hasn't been paid off then it would continue to be charged until it is?

The contract has to be paid off on your old mobile so if the value of the phone you returned to Sky wasn't enough to do this then you will be continued to be charged for it. If you didn't return a phone to Sky then again you will continue to be charged for it.
