      <description>&lt;P&gt;If your direct debit details have changed have you changed them via your Sky account ?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If your services have been suspended then all you can do is to dial the 141 prefix by calling Sky or use a mobile with a number that they will not recognise. Facebook and Twitter might be another way to contact them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
