    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey all I'm a bit confused over this, short story, I have a Q box and a mini box, untill today I've had no issues but like alot of people have money probs and decided to cancel.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Rang and got a nice reduction so decided to stay, far as I was aware I changed from experience to signature,keeping cinema and multi.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now here is where I'm getting confused, on the conformation email I have the info saying, I have sky signature, 18 months contract discount and then below it does says multiscreen,BUT below that it then says following has been removed and that is Entertainment AND multiscreen!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I go into my package online it says I have cinema and signature but it's blank for multi!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now atm the multi is working on both my upstairs and downstairs tv,so I'm confused does it mean I still have my access or is it going to be removed? I did try calling sky and they just said that multi is activated on my acct, I'm confused as to if I still have access to it or if it going to be removed in 31 days along with the HD channels?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't know why it is saying Multiscreen is being removed when you still have it on your account, I don't think you have anything to be worried about it is probably just the way that Sky words these emails when customer are changing something on their account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2860197"&gt;@Southwalker&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;I think the upgrade emails can be confusing but I think you are probably OK.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The emails tend to list what has changed and not mention anything that remains unchanged.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I upgraded to Signature (at the end of last year) it showed loss of entertainment and in my case the Multiscreen Pack &amp;amp; also loss of Box sets&amp;nbsp; but added Signature &amp;amp; Mutiscreen (note no pack &amp;amp; box sets (in SD) included as standard in signature)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you did have the old Entertainment package with the Multiscreen Pack &amp;amp; have a UHD box then this enabled UHD so on change over to signature you should make sure you have the UHD pack as this is needed with Signature for UHD&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the replies, it seems I do have multi still,hd channels are being removed as I hardly ever watch them, odd thing I've noticed I can still watch my recordings in hd apart from two,which it seems were recorded in uhd, I've no longer access to them,not a big loss,I'll just get a cheap uhd disc sometime,but the email conformation was really confusing&lt;/P&gt;</description>
