Price more expensive then before

Hi, i upgraded the end of april so my new bill would be £49 a month i even double checked with the caller that it was correct, which they said yes my new bill would be £49 although the 1st bill (may) would be a lil more which it was. However my bill for nxt month is saying £57! Which is more than what i was paying before the upgrade. Can someone shed sime light on why this is please as i cab't speak to anyone on the phone.

Can you see your bill for the month after the £57 one, if so what does that say ?

Yes it says future bills are £57 aswell

I think you will find you were protected from the annual price rise for the first 60 days of your contract and that has now "kicked in".
Your key information email should have explained this.
