My first bill has come and it's lot higher then I was told on the phone it was going to be ? Can't see what for or why ?

@CarlDD81 We are fellow customers on here, with no access to your account but as you may be able to see from other posts on here, the first couple of bills are always higher due to the days that they cover. Check your bills for July and August and they should be as agreed.

It's telling me their charging me an extra £25 so no I feel this isn't the case as on the breakdown it's telling g me what it is even ..
