Package and contract - where can I find it?

Hello,

ive signed up to broadband and Sky Q and although I've activated the broadband they sent the wrong engineer today (seems common) so now have to wait another week. My question is how can I see the details of the package I've purchased? Data allowance, contract dates etc. I can see the contract PDFs in my messages but these seem to be generic and not specific to me.

They should also be in your message centre ?

For your TV service login to your Sky account and click on 'Offers and Upgrades' as the dates will show:

Thank you but I cannot see anything on offers and upgrades. Maybe because it's not installed yet? I have the end date of the contract, more looking for the package I've subscribed to.

The package you subscribe to should be viewable via the MySky app or via your online account:

https://www.sky.com/myaccount/tv

If it isn't then it might be because your TV service hasn't been installed yet.
