I rent out my house and my tennants have so far paid rent to include the Sky package; as they want to sign up for another 6 months we have discussed transferring my Sky to them, or it is easier for me to just cancel it and for them to start a new contract?

Thanks @Mark39 they have said they are happy to take on a contract and move it with them if they do leave, they have done this before and like to stick with Sky so we will be ok; they also mentioned they have can do this on a minimum 12 month contract, so could just depend on the various packages etc.
