Why is Kids TV is in my package. I have no kids and have NEVER asked for it to be added. Why is it there and I want it removed. Any charges should be paid back to me.

If you need to contact them you need to persevere by phone.

This is something to contact Sky about if you are paying for the Kids package. There are a few ways to do this including using a messaging service as you can see via the Yes button at the bottom of this page:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-tv

So select "Yes I still need help".
