Linking old sky account to new

I have an old sky account and have tried to link my new sky account to old one. Have done this numerous times on the app but I have to keep updating the same process each time. Have rang sky to try and solve problems but no one helps

I'm not quite sure what you are trying to do because if you left Sky in the past and was away from them for longer than a year then your old account will have been closed meaning when you returned you will have needed to setup a new one to use as per this:

To use the same email address you will need to remove it from the old account first.
