Hi there,

I called sky last Fabruary to cancel my subscription with sky, and the assistant told me that my subscription will be cancelled before the start of the new month (March). However, Sky still take money from my bank automatically every month and i cannot understand why?

Please if you read my massage, help me and try to pay me back what has been taken from my bank from 19th Feb untill today.

Also please reply by an email or a massage through sky website as i cannot answer any phone calls because i left the UK and answering international calls is too expensive for me.
