    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3379577"&gt;@Becky7768&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; if you were having problems with your service and waiting on an engineer visit then billing continues as normal&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;once your service is restored you then phone sky and ask about a possible credit for loss of service&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you have not kept up with payments because you have had no service then that's why you have been restricted&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you will need to pay any outstanding payment and setup a new continuous payment method before service is restored I'm afraid&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Sky do not normally suspend services unless payment was not made. Did you payment(s) go through?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
